This site is published by PrinceLabs, based in Monastir, Tunisia. It describes the services we offer and lets you get in touch. Using it means accepting the terms on this page.

We keep the descriptions of our services accurate and up to date, but the content here is informational. Nothing on this website is a binding offer or a quote.

A commitment exists only once we have agreed a written scope, price and timeline for a specific project.

Every project starts with a conversation and a written quote. The price we agree is the price you pay; if the scope changes, we discuss the impact before doing the work, never after.

Timelines given in a quote assume we receive the content, access and feedback needed to keep moving. Delays on either side are discussed openly as they come up.

On final payment, the source code, infrastructure access and documentation for your project are yours. We keep no ownership claim over work delivered to you.

We may mention that we worked with you and show the result as an example of our work. If you would rather we did not, tell us and we will not.

The Prince Labs name, logo, and the design and text of this website belong to us. Please do not reproduce them without asking first.

This website is provided as it is. We take care to keep it accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we are not liable for losses arising from its use.

Liability relating to a delivered project is governed by the agreement for that project.

This site links to external services such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook, and to websites we have built. We are not responsible for the content or the policies of those third parties.
