The problem
Running a business is hard enough without the software fighting you.
Most small businesses are not short of effort. They are short of one place where everything they need to know actually lives.
The numbers live in six places
Sales in a notebook, stock in a spreadsheet, customers in a phone, loyalty on paper cards. Nothing adds up, and answering a simple question takes an evening.
You find out too late
You learn a product ran out when a customer asks for it. You learn a regular stopped coming when you notice the face is missing.
Software built for someone else
Systems priced for chains, in currencies that are not yours, designed for a business ten times your size. So you keep the notebook.
The solution
One place where the whole business makes sense.
PrinceFlow is not six tools bolted together. It is one system that happens to do six things, which is why the numbers agree with each other.
Everything in one place
Catalog, orders, customers, stock and loyalty in a single system, so a number only has to be right once.
It tells you before you ask
Low stock, a busy hour, a regular who has not been in for a month — surfaced when it matters, not when you go looking.
It fits how you already work
A café sees a menu and tables. A boutique sees products and stock. Same system underneath, your words on top.
Your staff see only their part
Three roles, set once. Staff take orders. Managers run the business. Owners see the money.
What it does
Everything a business runs on, in one system.
Six modules that share the same data. Change a price once and it is right on the menu, in the till, and in last month's report.
One catalog, every business
A menu for a café, a product list for a boutique, a service list for a salon. The same system underneath, with the words your trade actually uses.
Orders that move
A board from pending to served. Statuses change with a tap, the kitchen sees it immediately, and stock comes off the shelf the moment an order completes.
Remember every customer
What they bought, what they spend, when they last came in, and what they are worth over a year — without asking anyone to keep a list.
Loyalty you design
One dinar a point, or a flat five a visit, or bands by basket size. Set the rewards, set the tiers, change them whenever you like.
Stock that tells you first
Every movement recorded — deliveries, sales, waste, a stock count. You hear about a shortage before a customer does.
The answers, not the data
Revenue, best sellers, the share of customers who came back. Compared against the period before, so a number means something.
Built for your trade
One system that speaks your language.
A café sees a menu and tables. A boutique sees products and stock. The same platform underneath — so we can make it excellent once, for everyone.

Prince AI
Ask your business a question.
Prince AI reads the numbers you already have — sales, stock, customers, loyalty — and answers in plain language. No formulas, no pivot tables, no exporting anything.
It knows your business. Every answer is drawn from your own figures, for the period you ask about.
It reads. It never writes. Prince AI cannot change a price, cancel an order or touch a customer record — and it can only see the business you are signed in to.

Which products are running low?
Three items are below their threshold:
- Coffee beans 1kg2 left
- Whole milk1 left
- Vanilla syrup0 left
At your current rate the beans last about three more days.
Loyalty
Regulars, not just customers.
Points, tiers and rewards you set yourself — and a card your customers carry on their phone instead of losing in a wallet.
Per amount spent
1 DT = 1 point
The familiar one. Set how much has to be spent to earn a point — one dinar, or ten.
Per visit
Every order = 5 points
A flat number of points each time, whatever the basket. Simple to explain across a counter.
By basket size
20–50 DT = 15 points
Ranges, each worth a different number of points. Rewards bigger baskets without rewarding them proportionally.
370
points
130 points from Gold
Gold earns 1.5× on everything. Set the tiers yourself.
Rewards you define
Any reward, at any cost, with limits per customer if you want them.

- Free dessert250 pts
- 15% off400 pts
- 20 DT voucher500 pts

Getting started
Running by this afternoon.
No migration project, no consultant, no training week. The first version of your setup is good enough to start, and you refine it while it is already working.
2 minutes
Tell us about your business
Your name, what kind of business you run, and your currency. That is the whole of setup — everything else has a sensible default you can change later.
10 minutes
Add what you sell
Your menu or your products, with prices. Add them all at once, or add them as you go — the first order can be taken with three items in the catalog.
Immediately
Start taking orders
From a phone behind the counter or a screen in the back. Stock comes off as orders complete, and loyalty points go on automatically.
From week one
Find out what is really happening
Which hours are busy, what actually sells, who comes back. Ask Prince AI when you would rather not read a chart.

Questions
The things people ask.
If yours is not here, send it over — we answer every one.
No. Setting up takes about five minutes: your business name, what kind of business it is, your currency, and you are in. Adding your first products is the longest part, and you can do that as you go.
Nothing. The free plan covers 30 products, 200 customers and two people, which is enough to run a small café or a boutique properly. You move up a plan when you outgrow it, not before.
Yes. There are three roles. Staff take orders and serve customers. Managers run the catalog, the loyalty programme and the team. Owners also see billing. Each person only sees what their role covers.
Yes, and it is separated from every other business on PrinceFlow at the database level, not just in the interface. You can export it, and if you leave you take it with you.
It is built for one. Most of the work — taking an order, checking stock, looking up a customer — happens behind a counter on a phone, so that is the case the interface is designed around first.
An assistant that can read your business's own numbers and answer questions about them: what sold best this month, who your most valuable customers are, what is running low. It reads; it does not change anything.
Not yet. PrinceFlow launches for cafés, restaurants and boutiques. Gyms, salons, clinics and hotels are designed into the architecture and are next — the system was built to take them from the start.
Prince Labs, the studio behind this website. PrinceFlow is our own product, not a project we built for someone else, which is why it gets looked after.
Your business, finally in one place.
Set it up this afternoon. Take your first order today. Find out what is really going on by the end of the week.
